North Ohio Heart and Ohio Medical Group are now offering telehealth appointments.
To make an appointment, call as usual. Upon scheduling, you’ll receive instructions about how to connect to your virtual appointment by email or text. You will need to have Google Chrome installed on your device. For instructions on how to download and install Google Chrome, click here.
You will be asked to give consent to enable access to the camera on your smartphone, tablet or computer. You will be able to see and talk directly with one of our board-certified physicians.
Most insurance companies offer some form of coverage for telehealth services. But either you, or someone from your doctor’s office, will need to call your insurance company and ask if telehealth is covered under your specific policy.
Telehealth appointments are available during regular office hours.
